Basics of my diet: High protein, Medium fruit, veggie, and dairy, and Low carb

  • Eggwhites with salsa
  • 1/2 cup of brown rice
  • 1 fruit a day, usually: a mango, apple, peach, 1 cup of strawberris, or 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of veggies, usually: broccoli, boiled baby carrots, green beans, or cauliflower
  • 200 calories of white meat, usually: turkey, tilapia, or chicken (baked)
  • 3/4 cup fat free yogurt
  • Coffee (black)

*I eat my Carbs in the morning and my proteins in the afternoon*

Most importantly:

  • No soda, not even diet. They only make you more hungry in the long run. Drink coffee instead
  • WATER. Lots of water. It flushes fat cells
  • No food after 5pm
